Over 15 years of political and organizational leadership has sharpened Joy's skills in strategic partnerships. Her ability to extract the story connected to the mission and the vision empowers individuals and organizations to fulfill their purpose.
Her experience is rooted in teaching political candidates to craft their stories in a way that connects them to their community while communicating key narratives to the press and national funders.
As a Development Director, she organizes large-scale fundraising initiatives by building relationships with donors, board members, staff, and volunteers. She is passionate about working with leaders to ignite vision and connecting women to facilitate great collaborations.
